Jessica Clout is the visionary founder and Managing Director of Working for Health Limited, a leading occupational health and safety service provider in New Zealand. A Registered Nurse by training, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree and a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health from Massey University. She has also pursued advanced studies toward a Master’s degree with a focus on Occupational Hygiene, underscoring her commitment to continuous professional development. As a Graduate Member of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management (NZISM), Jessica has served on the National Executive Committee for both NZISM and the New Zealand Occupational Health Nurses Association (NZOHNA), representing the Taranaki region and advocating for elevated standards in workplace health and safety.
